Hello! I received the 20% off code in an email this morning, but when I try to go purchase the WD My Cloud Pro NAS, it tells me that the code is invalid. I called WD Support and they have told me to get in contact with Plex!
I just joined plex pass today to get the 20% off the WD PR2100. I didn’t get any promo code, I’m wondering how I could get the 20% off code?
The code is also invalid on the UK WD site. Any chance of getting a working code before the drive become out of stock?
The code will be valid until end of July, I’m told.
Also WD is looking into the issue with the international stores.
Just to note, I’m in the US.

From my understanding, this code is unique to an individual person.
Any update on the availability of the promotion on international WD Stores? It seems to only work on the US store

Tried my promo-code in the dutch wd-store and it doesn’t work, invalid code.
From what I’ve read in previous posts, the international WD stores aren’t accepting the code, and Plex + WD are working it out.
I’m just curious why my code isn’t working in the United States store. The code worked in the morning (yesterday), but when I went to check out, it said that the offer is no longer available. I never even got to use the code. Odd.
This discount is being offered by Western Digital. The online store where you make the purchase is Western Digital’s. It seems logical to me that questions or problems using the code should be directed to Western Digital.

Which is what I thought. However, I did call WD but they said it’s a Plex issue. Go figure right?
I believe Plex is looking into the issues. Pretty sure I read that in one of the other threads about the coupon.
Really hoping it will be fixed, so I can buy it from the Dutch WD Store…

Same boat here. The right thing to do from a customer service view, would be to give new subscribers a promo code. It would definitely encourage a lot of new customers for Plex such as ourselves
The June newsletter, which is also sent out to non-Plex Pass users, very much implies that the discount would be available to someone signing up in response to the newsletter.
If that is not the case then this was very misleading marketing. If it is the case, how do we get the discount (and for the UK store too, as there was no mention of it being US only).
Any updates on this, as its still not working in the uk store.
Anyone have a spare coupon code they’re not gonna use? Used mine to buy the Wireless 2TB because the 3TB was out of stock. Trying to order 3TB now and my code now shows as invalid (possibly one-time use only?). Thanks!
