Wd blak 4tb full movies
I need fast server to open movies
Ubuntu 14 - grossly deprecated.
Ubuntu 16 - Stable
Ubuntu 18 - Current but problematic for those new to Linux.
Plex on Linux is NOT easy if one doesn’t already have some mastery of Linux
OS is not the issue here. CPU , hardware, and disk I/O are the issue

Provide more detail of your hardware running PMS. Generally speaking Ubuntu Desktop 18.04.1 LTS is good for any user.
