What db files here are used if needed for restore?

Hi,

I have QNAP and have set up a Plex Data dir so I can easily access logs etc.

I see the db files are here too.

What ones are used if for example I need to restore ?

Also is there a way to do an immediate backup rather than wait the 3 days it mentions in admin?

I don’t think there’s a way to do more frequent database backups from within Plex.
