I discovered Sonarr about a month ago, via a random mention in another thread here on the Plex forums.
Took about 3 days to really refine it, but it is hands down brilliant - has removed virtually all the manual work I used to go through (grabbing shows for a household, with each person regularly asking “has such and such show got any new episodes?”).
FWIW I’ve configured it for myself and now others using a variety of torrent sites, as I haven’t used newsgroups since the 90’s (not dissing them). There were a couple of road-bumps with one tracker (and the proxy used to grab it) but quickly sorted.
Reduced my daily stress by a large margin by putting Sonarr to work
