You appear to have two accounts. Is this you? Frustrated Cannot add Movies to Plex Server
The forums will sync up with SSO with whatever Plex account you are signed into plex.tv with. If you switch home accounts at app.plex.tv then go to forums in another window/tab it will sign the forums into that other account.
