I am struggling with my IDs on my Plex Server. When I log in I have a PIN set but the server never remembers my PIN and I must reset it then back into my server after the PIN reset. There are several other odd actions related to libraries and access. Even logging into the Forums I end up with two IDs one showing I am a paying user the other just a regular user? Any recommendations would be appreciated. I have already reinstalled several times using a reg cleaner to get rid of as much as possible?
Server Version#: Version 4.108.0

It sounds like at one time you had a server using a free account or you maybe just had an id with a free account before you got the Plex pass
If you clear your cookies and history out of your browser it should sign you out of all your accounts. Do that and then sign back in making sure you use your Plex pass account.
You can also go into the password manager on the browser and permanently delete the unused account
If you want to skip entering your pin, go to the settings
Thanks so much for your reply. I will clean everything up - it will take a couple hours to clean out all the browswers and password stores and clean the registriess again. I think after that it will be worth doing a reinstall to get everything back to the way it is intended. I have been fighting a number of nagging issues that I think are related to these problems. I really like what Plex is trying to do - so far for me it has been a little too problematic to appreciate all the functions. I think cleaning things up and starting fresh except for creating all my media will be worthwhile.
Technically, it is the web browser which allows you to store the last-used user account, so you can skip typing in the PIN every time.
But this is only possible if you instruct your web browser to NOT delete the cookies of the domain plex.tv.
I am not sure what is going on with Plex. I have uninstalled, deleted the directories, and scrubbed the registry. When I reinstall it still has all the users from the previous install. Is this stored somewhere in the cloud? How can I clean up all of the previous information so I can do a clean install?
Thanks, that cleared up most of my issues. I am a Plex fan, it has been a bit frustrating at times figuring out my issues but the support has been excellent by users and employees.
