What plans has Plex go to improve its Alexa performance?

Main problems are:

  • Only successfully finds song/artist about 50% of the time
  • Some artists/tracks it simply never finds, ever (for example, three lions) there doesn’t seem to be any pattern here. My 60s playlist works fine, but my 70s not at all
  • Very inflexible and unintelligent in general
  • Doesn’t play at all from some of my echo speakers (when in stereo mode, for example)
  • Amazon music works fine so it’s obviously something do with the alexa skill created by Plex

What plans does Plex have to fix this? Any? As I understand this has been rubbish forever.
