Hello. I am new to Plex and I am getting my music transferred over. This has only happened a few times so far but on some albums when I add them to my Plex library it shows up like this (please see attachment). How can I prevent this from happening in the future?

can you provide one of the mp3s or whatever file type they are so we can test ( along with exact example of the folder structure it is in. I have have never heard of this before.
Sure. I am on Mac OS 10.11.2. My Plex library is on an external drive formatted as HFS+. “/Music/Plex/Music/[Artist Name]/[Album Name]/[Music Files]”

Will do. I am at work right now but when I get home I will try re-adding the files and then grab the logs for them. I appreciate the help.
I added Meal Ticket to Plex again and got the same results. I attached the log files.
This happened to me for a few files, ummm Oxygene by Michel Jarre and Elvis Costello My Aim Is True.
Have no idea how it happened.
