That looks… odd – and clearly not sorted by duration.
I cannot reproduce this on my end.
Which exact version of Plex Media Server do you have running on that machine? Do you get the same hiccup when you’re using http://app.plex.tv/desktop?
As for the hours/minutes. From the looks of it, Plex will display durations <90 minutes in minutes. From 90 minutes and onwards the duration is displayed as hours/minutes – I suppose that’s because most users are more comfortable with the hour/minute notation for longer durations – while it’s easier to compare only the minutes for smaller durations
