When try to play a specific movie application Crash - PS3

Hello,

I tried to play a specific movie today and the Plex is crashing going back to menu.
This is the first time that something like that is happening.
This is only happening with PS3 . - PS4 , web, android… is working perfect.

Have you looked at the server logs and the plex app logs on the PS3 & PS4?

yes it doesnt show anything for the specific movie.
I dont think that its even start the trancosing just the application is crashing.
