When will plex support transcoding on intel kaby lake gpu's

Hi reader,

I would like to know, if and when kaby lake gpu’s like the Intel HD 620 will be supported for transcoding, since they support playback(I have noticed using kodi) and accoarding to several websites, the intel gpu should also support encoding…

I’m using a Core i5-7550K which uses onboard graphics (HD 630)… hw transcoding works like a charm for me.

It still does not support 4k hardware
transcoding
