Where are Playlists stored so that I can back them up?

I had to reset my Windows 10 desktop and (of course) I lost a few playlists (but no actual music).

Footnote: This SHOULD be an EASY feature - by which I don’t mean a long winded text description of the manual process. It SHOULD be as simple as a backup/restore menu/button. Plex should be able to create a folder (my choice of location) and then another option to choose a folder to restore from. Not. Hard.
