I have set up 2 DVR with 2 plex provided EPG and it works fine, now I would like to check all the other plex provided EPG to check if another one could suit better my channel list. I’d like to do it without reconfiguring my DVR (it took time the first time). Is there a place on plex documentation where I could find the entire list of channels per EPG provided by plex?

None that I’m aware of. However, if you have any “free” online TV guides you could try checking those by zip/postal code.
