Been using the Plex for Xbox One app for a while, and I’m very happy as a lifetime plex pass subscriber!
One nigling frustration is that every time I turn off subtitles, it’s right back for the next episode. I’ve turned off subtitles on the server side (set to none), and set subtitles to automatic on the client side. All languages on client and on my xbox itself is set to English.
I’ve tried so many variations, but the problem persists: The subtitles (when available externally of course) just keeps coming back every time I start a new episode! I’m hoping I’m making a doofus mistake and it will be a quick fix.
The app in fact now ignores all my subtitle settings. When I set it to tiny in preferences, it still shows up as HUGE.
