I can't seem to find the option..but is there a way to disable the subtitles by default so I don't have to turn it off before I start the video? Is this server level or plex connect level..My other clients (roku,ios) don't have them on by default.
If your other Plex clients are not showing them then PMS is not telling the ATV to show them.

I haven't looked in the general ATV settings. I'll take a look. But I can turn them off before I want to tv show but I have to do that on every tv show I'm going to watch and that gets a little annoying. Was just wondering if there was a global setting in plex connect. I'll look tonight at the general settings.
Why dont you just disable them in PMS if you dont want any subtitles at all?
