Where does Plex source it's Posters? (Other than TVDB & TMDB)

I’m curious - where does Plex source it’s posters from? (Other than TVDB & TMDB)

For example, I really like the poster that Plex has scraped for “The East (2013)” (see screenshot)

However, when I look on the TVDB (here) & TMDB (here), the poster is nowhere to be found…

I find this is the case for quite a few films in my library. Where I like an image that Plex has scraped, but when I search online for it independently, I can’t seem to find it anywhere?

The reason I’m asking - is because I prefer to use local metadata in my library, which means ideally I need to download the posters which I like and store them alongside the movie file on my HDD.
