Where to download Plex Player for Android 4.4?

Hello, I have a Leapfrog Epic tablet running Android 4.4, apparently this is the only version of android that works well in this tablet. Google play says the current version of Plex Player is not supported on this tablet

Can anyone share where can I download the Plex Player for Android 4.4 ?

I know this is available from different site, but I preferred to download from the official plex site
