Plex servers where they have more than 10 streams at the same time.
on the plex forum I cant find it yet but someone knows.

If all of the users are DIRECT PLAYING content then just about any hardware (that meet the minimum requirements) will handle 10 concurrent streams.
Are you wanting to transcode 10 concurrent streams?
Are these all local streams or a combination of remote and local?
If remote then your UPLOAD bandwidth comes into play.
I can confirm multi-streams. I regularly have 6-8 remote streams going with upwards of 12+ including multiple people accessing the same file. No issues. Not sure how many are being transcoded v. direct stream at any given time.
System is nothing too special, windows 10 box with i3 processor running lots of automation software. Upload bandwidth was measured at 22Mbps, so that helps.
