Why can't I see all available channels in the "watch now" section?

Hi,
I’m from Romania and I’m using Hauppage WinTV Dual on DIGI TV Cable (DVB-C).
My Plex server version is 1.12.3.4973

I have noticed that even I enabled 44 channels (129 were found) only 13 are available in the “watch now” section.

Please advice!
