Why do I have more Menu items than actual libraries?!

Specifically, why do I have Photos and Videos when I have never ever declared one?
In previous versions, only those Folders and Media Types I’ve declared were displayed.
It’s not the end of the world, but I find it strange to have those, only to see them populated by other libraries.

On Photos, I’m presented by the latest records I’ve ripped, for example.
Unless you want a unified UI on all platforms, no matter how people organized or named their libraries and folders…

This was a design choice the designers made for the new UI. There is one item on the menu for each “type” of library that Plex supports. There are other people with the same issue as you have stated and Plex is reading the posts and are thinking of possible design changes that could solve issues like this.
