Why do not PlexConnect Looking up PMS?

Im missing:

I tried to change the setting file but no luck:

 

[PlexConnect]
enable_plexgdm = False
ip_pms = 192.168.1.13
port_pms = 32400

 

What is usually the problem?

Usually: You didn't hit the trailers app on aTV.

PlexConnect checks for PMSs, once you "enter" the hijacked app.
