Why I can’t watch plex on-demand movie
Not exactly sure what issue you experience.
Keep in mind Plex cannot stream those videos to all regions due to legal / licensing restrictions.
You have tagged this thread as #plex-media-player – IIRC that app only provides basic support for Plex’ Tidal integration but not for any of the other online media sources. If that’s your bottleneck you might want to look into Plex HTPC (the “to be” successor of Plex Media Player).

For the country I’m in UAE and us
I bought life time for that so if I can’t watch the movie then I didn’t see any difference between free plex and life time pass plex

Are there geographic restrictions?

Beyond those restrictions, the videos are available to everyone. You don’t need a Plex Pass membership to access them. Though even with a Plex Pass you cannot access them from those restricted countries.
