Search the forums, you can setup your server and clients to work without internet. You need to do this before your internet fails. I have done this and it does work, just at start it is a bit slow as it is first trying to reach the servers for authorization.

I managed to use the download facility to download movies to my tablet and watched them on the plane with no internet. I have also downloaded all of my music and use that when driving, internet or not.
