It would be awesome if someone from Plex clould confirm if:
Given that you use either a .plexmatch file or a folder name including match hinting
- This is by design, e.g. “Refresh metadata” or “Scan my library periodically” is always needed after a new show has been added to scrape episode metadata
- This is a bug when using match hinting
