Rolling back on Windows works as follows: note down your current Plex Server software version Stop Plex Server using its tray icon. uninstall Plex Server with the regular ‘Apps’ control panel of Windows. If you can’t find the most recent public release in your PMS folder (as described in the link), go to the download page for Plex, toggle Plex Pass Downloads to off and download that version of PMS.
