As you can see Plex is transcoding the whole video, I have the transcoder buffer set to 120 seconds?
My understanding is it’s 120 seconds of real time, not video time. Basically transcode as much as it can in 120 seconds before waiting.
So if you have a really fast CPU that can transcode all 47 minutes within 120 seconds, it will transcode the entire video. Or in your case transcode the last 13 minutes in 120 seconds. It shows your transcode speed is 6.4, so 120 second * 6.4 ~= 13 minutes.
