Why is server always unavailable?

Hello,

I am running Plex on my WD Cloud Home and am logged in through my laptop to Plex.TV and it all looks fine.
Yet I go to iPad and 99% of the time it says server unavailable ? I am looking at it on screen, how can it be unavailable.

Just seem to get one issue after another, had it for over a month and not played 1 movie or piece of music all the way through yet :frowning:

Can anyone help me ?
