Server unavailable

I use Plex on numerous devices throughout my home including smart TV’s, IPad and Xbox One. I use MyCloudEX2Ultra as my server. After the most recent update Plex on my Xbox One keeps coming up with the same notification that the server is Unavailable. Quite clearly it is available as Plex continues to work fine on every other device. I am not overly tech savvy I have tried to reinstall the app, log in and out and reconnect to the server. I am at a loss what to do next?

have you tried entering the local IP of server in the “manual servers” setting of the xbox app?

Yep I’ve tried it same result keeps telling me server is unavailable.

I had the same issue. I tried manual connection as well with no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled plex and that fixed it for me.
