I know the Amazon app store (for the FireTV stick etc) always lags behind the latest Plex android app release but why is it sill on 8.31 released in March? Any reason for lack of a later release? Well, it’s happened. The Amazon Store has finally updated with a new version of the Plex app: 9.2.0.

It may have updated the logo and introduced the Discovery feature. But I am unable to click on anything and move to the right app. For example if I click on Taskmaster which can be viewed on UKTV Play it will just tell me where it is, but I am currently unable to go to that app. So I still need to …

They did not approve the 9.X update. We are working with them to get an update out soon.
