Why isn’t my Plex library being updated?

ok so i have now received an email with the following:

Dear user,

Task Scheduler has completed a scheduled task.

Task: Increase Linux notify table for plex
Start time: Thu, 17 Aug 2023 18:25:06 GMT
Stop time: Thu, 17 Aug 2023 18:25:06 GMT
Current status: 0 (Normal)
Standard output/error:

does this mean the task worked? and i just need to restart the synology?

Restart DSM

About 3-4 minutes after PMS is up, download the logs ZIP file

Open “Plex Media Server.log” (inside the zip)

Search for “No space left”

You shouldn’t have any
