While replicating a different issue, I activated Early Access on my LG TV. I select to leave Early Access, and regardless if which reason I select (e.g. ‘Something is broken’) the app remains in Early Access mode.
I have uninstalled the app from the LG Content Store, and reinstalled, but it remains in Early Access mode.
I have Signed out of the app, and signed back in, but it remains in Early Access mode.
Due to a fault in the app, I am now stuck.
Can anyone suggest any other option to revert back to the previous version?
Edit: I did a full factory reset on the LG TV, and after I install the Plex app from the LG Content Store, it still loads in Early Access mode.
Further Edit: After signing in and selecting Leave Early Access, it worked and I am back to the previous version. So it seems the full factory reset of the TV did the trick.
