Why are there 2 possible selections above Maximum quality in Win 10 Player?
Ultra quality
Make my GPU hurt

Ludicrous speed and Plaid?

Different levels invoke different options in mpv, the underlying video player used in Plex Desktop.

Part of the reason is the highest 2 settings were added at a later time and the first four were not renamed. They are ordered correctly in increasing quality/GPU usage.
