Win 10 - Plex Media Server location?

I have installed Plex to one of my HDD (not system disk) as I don’t want to ‘clog up’ system speed but when I attach libraries to the Server they go on the System disk where I don’t want them to go.I have searched for an option to allocate Server files to another location with no success.
Is it possible to move the Server location of am I stuck with it being on my System disk?
