Server Version#: 1.16.2.1297
Player Version#: N/A
I updated to 1.16.2.1297 about 10 days ago as soon as it became available. Once .1321 was released, I tried updating to that daily but while the download completed without issue, installing the update just dropped me off at the “Server is installing an update. Get a cup of tea.” page repeatedly. Eventually I put off updating to that version as I figured it might be broken.
Now that .3.1402 is out, I’m also unable to update to that. I’ve tried in multiple browsers, from multiple client PCs, even left it to run overnight last night to no avail.
Here’s what I’m seeing in the Plex Update Service Launcher log:

It looks to me like Plex is somehow detecting my Windows 10 1903 installation as Windows 8 or Server 2012–not even 8.1 or 2012 R2 (Windows version: 6.2 Build 9200).

Short of uninstalling and reinstalling the whole server, any ideas what might be going on or how I might resolve this?
