Which Windows user account is being selected to run Plex in?
Anyway, you probably rather want to use PMS as a service
as it’s much cleaner a solution.
Just make sure to tell the service to run under the same Windows user account that you are using normally.
And keep in mind: you cannot use drive letters connected to network file shares.
