Windows app - title bar is still white with dark mode turned on

The title bar is always white, despite having dark mode enabled. It’s minor, but it’s a level of polish I’d like to see!

I’d also be fine with making the title bar “seamless”, i.e. it blends into the menu bar across the top in color.
