Windows Players Work but Linux Apps Don't

Server Version#:1.19.1.2645
Player Version#:2.58.0-1.fc32

I have two Plex servers running. Windows 10 Plex Players (1.20 and 1.6.5) can access mpv, mp4,mkv just fine. Linux Player version 2.58.0-1.fc32_x86-64 get a blurred static image and audio. Tried on 3 different Fedora 32 boxes with same result. Will not work on the servers either. This just started recently. TV (LG) app had same problem. It seems to be fixed now but some videos are stuttering. The Linux boxes can connect using http web version and play OK. Any suggestions?

I should add the servers are Fedora 32 Linux.

Android phone app works OK too. Only Linux players don’t.

OK - I tinkered around a bit and did a downgrade to QT5 and it now works. Have to do dnf downgrade qt5 --best --allowerasing. Looks like the dnf update hosed things up.

The QT5 problem affects both servers and clients. The offending version is qt5-5.14.2-1. The good version is qt5-5.13.2-2-FC32. As an aside the 4.29.2 PMP client works great on Fedora 33 beta 1 and uses QT5-5.15.1-5-FC33. The servers used were 1.19.1.2645_x86-64-FC32 Cinnamon.
