Windows Plex Server Tray Icon to display number of sessions running and pending updates

With the Plex Server Tray icon, is it possible to add a number to the corner of the tray icon showing the number of streaming/transcoding sessions running ?

Also, show when a Server Update is pending/available.

There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing to show the number of sessions on the system tray icon. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes.

[FEATURE REQUEST] Show Number of Server Connections on System Tray Icon Hover

I would love to see the number of connections when hovering over the system tray icon, instead of having to open a browser window to show the server. Also, when you do double-click on the Plex Media Server system tray icon, it should take you to the Server’s dashboard, not the Player’s dashboard. Just some super minor improvements that seem pretty simple to implement.

I’ll therefore close this thread as a duplicate.
