Windows PMS Server crashed - first time after years

Windows Server 2012
Player Version#: none involved

Obviously it was “initializing an EPG update” and recording a couple of shows during night time. I just learned about its crash half a day later.

I need help, please.
Whom can I PM my server logs to? I don’t want them to be displayed in a public forum.

I had the Windows PMS crashing a second time tonight.

@cire12 or anybody from Plex: Do you want my logs again and the crash report?

At the moment, my PMS version is 1.19.1.2630.
