PMS Win10 Crashing consistently

Hi all,
I’ve been running this same plex server for many years now. Recently, I’ll be notified by a user, or try and load Plex myself, and find that it’s self-terminated on my dedicated NUC, which runs very little other software, and is up to date on Windows and drivers.

I will restart PMS, and after a few minutes, or hours, it will crash again.

I’m all out of ideas.

so many threads about this with little to no help.

i rolled back my pms version to a recommended version and while it never crashed it also stopped finding my newly added tv shows. so i updated back and the crashing every night has started back again.

so frustrating. plex use to be awesome when it didn’t have so many issues.

Glad to know I’m not crazy.

I’m now dual-wielding Emby as a failover mechanism for when I’m not able to manually restart it.

Also tried plex-checker, but it started slowing down my entire system fairly substantially.

Do you have a recommended version worth trying?

This has been happening to me for a month now and I’ve been completely ignored. Posted in other threads, emailed “employees” directly, started my own thread. My server is absolutely worthless at this point.
Where is the support plex?!

Have you checked the Windows Event Viewer to see if there is something identified in the logs?

Sometimes updated drivers or Windows “features” create conflicts.

There have been so many posts on crashing issues recently but most of them are ingnorred. For these that have some attention from Plex emplyees, I hardly see any positive progresses.
First I rolled back to 1.24 and had a few weeks of crash free times untill recently it started to crash randomly again.
I have to setup a Tautulli notification agent to send me an email every time the Plex server is down and then do a remote manual restart.
But this makes no sense to me at all. Shouldn’t work this way.

I downloaded plex-media-server-1-21-3-4021 and have not had a single issue since going rolling back to this version.
