Windows python sys.filesystemencoding() problem

I am a Korean.

I have two Windows plex servers and one updated to the latest version.

I’m using scanners and agents that I made myself, and they cause problems.

Eventually, I checked.
I found that python sys.getfilesystemencoding() returned “mbcs”
This causes many problems with file paths using local languages.

All previous versions return “utf-8”.

Please recompile python27 to return “utf-8” again.
