Windows server with i3 vs WD MyCloud PR4100

Hi,
I am considering replacing my current Plex server with a NAS device - both to expand the capacity of the Plex server and to use the NAS device for file storage and backups for the family.

I built my current Windows 10 Plex server specifically for that purpose in 2013:
Current Plex server - Windows 10, Intel Core i3-3225 IVY Bridge Dual Core 3.3 Ghz, ASUS P8Z77-M MB, 16GB DDR3 1600 RAM, 2 X 6TB WD Black HDD, 1 Samsung 250 GB SSD

I’m looking at:
WD My Cloud PR4100 Pro Series Media Server with Transcoding with Intel Pentium N3710 quad-core 1.6GHz processor with 4GB DDR3L memory (probably with 4X8TB WD Red in RAID5 config).

My question is, should I expect the WD My Cloud to perform as well or better (for Plex) than my current system? I’m not sure how to compare the Pentium N3710 quad-core 1.6Ghz to my 5 year old i3 Dual-core at 3.3 Ghz. I’m also not sure if going from 16 GB to 4 GB of RAM would have any impact on Plex server performance. I most typically use Rokus for the Plex clients, though I also use iphones, Smart TV app, and PS4 occasionally.

Thanks,
MMXL
