use a smart playlist to show tracks by each letter
create 27 (26+##) smart playlists (or however many you want to consolidate to)
you can add other filters and sort however you want
this will get you a smart playlist of tracks tracks that start with the filtered letter
go to plexamp > recent playlists > tap desired playlist
have fun scrolling.
or you can use search, stations, or mix builder.
