Workaround to stop transcoding when more then 30 tracks on a Samsung Tizen TV

When playing a bluray 4k HDR movie, the movie often has more then 30 subtitle tracks and that is a limit for Samsung TV’s. Even when playing a subtitle from for example opensubtitles (that isn’t in the movie), the movie is transcoded to burn the subtitle in, which loses its HDR and you have to watch a grey movie.

Even when you choose not to play it with subtitles, the audio is still being transcoded to aac instead of the supported ac3. It is really annoying and I would love to have a fix.
I have all my movies in a Google Drive that is connected through Raidrive to my Plex so if I have to download every movie, remove subtitle tracks, and upload it again, it is going to take ages.
