“stream count exceeds 30 streams” always transcodes unnecessaryly

If I have a MKV with lots of subtitles embedded it always transcodes audio. As I understand this used to be a limitation on the TV side.
However i tried to play the same file through usb and DLNA and it plays without any issues (file with 30+ subtitles) only plex is forcibly transoding. Either my tv model does not have that limitation or it was already fixed by samsung.

Is there any way to disable this force transcode as it it no longer needed?
