I have my home page organised so that, from the top, I see “Continue Watching”, “On Deck”, “Recently Added Movies”, “Recently Added TV”, and “Recently Added Other Videos”.
The “On Deck”, “Movies” and “TV” rows show 131x197px thumbnails (same ratio as a DVD case). The “Continue Watching” and “Other Videos” rows show 293x165px thumbnails (same ratio as an HDTV image).
It makes sense to show “Continue Watching” at that aspect ration because the image is a screenshot from the current location in the video. But “Other Videos” is a different matter,. This category includes several directories: music videos, comedy performances, home videos. Some of these videos are commercial releases with posters (e.g. Scream For Me Sarajevo) and some of them are private recordings where a screenshot is appropriate. Unfortunately if I select the poster image for a commercial recording the home page will only display the middle strip of it scaled up. I’d like to see the actual poster for these films without having to move them into the Movies folder. What can I do?
