The system is running the wrong movie. I clicked on “A Princess for Christmas” and the trailer matches and plays for that movie title, but the movie itself that plays is " A Prince for Christmas" so the movie title is linked to the wrong movie.

it is playing the similarly named “A Prince for Christmas” which we also have. https://watch.plex.tv/en-GB/movie/a-prince-for-christmas
Unfortunately I don’t know if we actually have the Princess one.
