I am new to plex. I tried to watch a movie, but it played a completely different one than the one I chose. Example: I picked a movie called clash, but it played a completely different film. I don’t know how to contact them to see if it is going to get fixed.
Do you own/administer the server where the movie is located?
If not, you must contact the server owner/administrator to correct the problem.
If you are the owner/administrator, make sure you strictly follow Plex naming conventions. See Your Media for details.

I am not sure what server it is on. I played it from the movies and tv category in the app. How do I find out who owns the server?
That would be Plex’s video-on-demand library.
Please state the movie’s title and release year, so this can be fixed.
Clash is the movie title, 2009 is the date
