I take it this is Avengers Endgame based on your screenshot and the words right above the cast photos.
I checked my copy and the cast photo is correct.
Is this from your server or a server that is being shared with you?
If it is your server, I suggest going to the movie and refreshing the metadata and it should update with the correct picture.
Just FYI in future help requests, it really helps if you give more information (as much as you can) so that anybody that decides to help doesn’t have to start of by asking to get basic info. To use this post as an example, had you put the movie name (so it didn’t have to be inferred from the screenshot), whether it’s your server or somebody else’s (to know if you can do something or you need to ask someone) and even when the movie was added, that would have been helpful. And I’m only saying this because I work in IT and have dealt with support and not getting enough info when a ticket is opened is frustrating because it adds that additional amount of work to be able to start looking into/resolving the issue.

Have you refreshed the metadata of your entire library recently ? If not than you most likely need to so you can get the fix to this bug …
