Xbox One and NSA310 NAS

Hi,


I’m hoping someone can help me with this I’m using server version 0.9.10.3 on a NSA310 NAS box the library currently contains music but when using plex on the Xbox One the program opens but only shows the plex logo the server name and the word library with nothing else being displayed.


I’m a plex subscriber, I will be updating to 0.9.11.0 this evening but expected the Xbox to work correctly with version 0.9.10.3.


Has anyone any ideas as to what the issue could be?

Do you only have music? The Xbox One app only supports Video libraries at the moment, that would explain why you don't see anything.

That would indeed, thank you for letting me know, I shall test it with a video library.
